Long regarded by sailors as symbols of safe passage and good fortune, we wanted to capture the spirit of these lucky charms in brooch form.
The Sailor’s Heart Brooch features a rich wine coloured velvet heart framed by goldwork loops. Hand embroidered in ivory thread, a tiny swallow soars inside the heart.
