1ポンドごとに10H&Lリワードポイントを獲得

ポイントを貯めると、Hand & Lock での今後の購入時に割引が受けられるほか、Rewards Scheme メンバー限定の特典も受けられます。
新規顧客と既存顧客の両方が、報酬ポイントにアクセスするにはアカウントを作成する必要があります。
H&Lリワードポイントの利用
ポイントを使うのは、ポイントを獲得するのと同じくらい簡単です!
選択した割引に十分なポイントを集めたら、ページの右下にあるボタンを使用して Hand & Lock Rewards ページにログインしてください。
そこで、ポイントを次回の購入時に使用できるバウチャーと引き換えることができます。
ポイントをバウチャーと交換すると、ポイント合計から差し引かれ、元に戻すことはできないことにご注意ください。

How does the Hand & Lock Rewards program work?
The Hand & Lock Rewards program allows customer to earn points on their purchases and activities, which can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases.
What can I earn points on?
Points can be earned on your purchases online and in store (some exclusions apply, see 'What can I earn/spend my points on?' for more information')
Additionally customers receive;
100 points when signing up for a Hand & Lock account
100 points on your birthday, as long as this information has been input in advance
How do I view my points?
To view your points please do the following,
1. log into your Hand & Lock account by clicking on 'Account' in the top right hand corner of the web page
2. Once you are logged in go back to the website homepage
3. The rewards icon (labelled H&L Rewards) sits at the bottom left hand corner of the page, click here to access your account and view your points
Where can I see my unused vouchers?
To view your redeemed vouchers please do the following,
1. log into your Hand & Lock account by clicking on 'Account' in the top right hand corner of the web page
2. Once you are logged in go back to the website homepage
3. The rewards icon (labelled H&L Rewards) sits at the bottom left hand corner of the page, click here to access your account
4. Go to 'My Coupons' to see your new and old vouchers
What can I earn/spend my points on?
Points can be spent on products in store or on our website.
Not included in our rewards progreamme is; bespoke services from our studio, bespoke events, account clients not ordering through our website, 1-1 classes, private tours, gift cards or our Diploma. Shipping costs and purchases made with a gift card will also not contribute to your points.
Can I earn points on in store purchases
Yes, you can earn points on purchases made in store. At the till please make sure to provide your account email before paying for your items. Points cannot be added retroactively if this is not done
Ordered under another email by mistake?
The points for an order will automatically go to the email address that placed the order so please make sure you are logged into the correct account before ordering. We cannot move the points to an alternative account retroactively.
If you get in touch with us at orders@handembroidery.com we can close down the incorrect account to help avoid this happening in future.
Will my points/voucher expire?
Points will automatically expire after 12 months of them being added to your account.
Redeemed vouchers also expire after 12 months from the date of redemption.
To see when your points were added please log into your account, click the Hand & Lock Rewards icon, scroll to the bottom and view 'My History'. Here you will see when your points were earned.
Can I use my voucher for multiple orders?
No, once you have redeemed a voucher this can only be used once, even if the full value is not spent. We cannot reinstate the remaining value of your voucher if this is not done.
How do I redeem my points?
Once you have collected enough points you will want to redeem these for a money off voucher, to do this access the Rewards icon and go to 'Redeem H&L Points'. Here you can turn those points into vouchers!
What if my points haven't been added to my account?
Points are added automatically after purchase so please double check that the correct email was used to make the purchase and allow 48 hours for the points to appear before getting in touch
What is the Refer a Friend Programme?
Within the H&L Rewards icon you have the option to refer a friend, for both of you to get 10% off your next order. You will be given an invite link to share with as many people as you like. Follow the steps below to use the programme,
1. Log in and access the H&L Rewards Programme, go the Refer a Friend, share your code with your friend
2. Your friend can then follow this link to our website, a pop up will come up for them to input their email, after this is submitted a code will appear. Please make a note of this code as we cannot send it out again if lost
Please note, to refer a friend you must have previously placed an order and you can only refer someone who has not previously placed an order
Can I use H&L points on sale items?
Yes, sale items are included in the Rewards Scheme
If my points expired can I get these back?
Points will expire after 1 year after being added to your account. We cannot reinstate these once they are expired.
This is also the case for redeemed vouchers.
How do I close my account?
The loyalty scheme runs in the background of your Hand & Lock account. This is not required to be used so if you don't want to participate this can be ignored, we will not email you about this unless you interact with the scheme.
If you are still wanting to close this down contact us at orders@handembroidery.com and we can remove you from the programme but please note this is not reversable.
