Duration: 3 Week Embroidery Course (1 x 2.5 hour session per week for 3 consecutive weeks)

Introducing Aari Tambour embroidery through a soft, flowing fish motif. Worked in a calming palette of icy blues, silvers, and whites, the piece evokes the gentle shimmer of light beneath the surface.

Over this three-week course, you’ll be guided through the essentials of Aari Tambour technique, making it the perfect starting point for beginners. You’ll learn how to handle the tambour hook, build smooth chain stitches, and develop rhythm and control as you work. Each step is carefully demonstrated, allowing you to gain confidence while creating delicate lines and graceful movement within your design.

Set against a light organza, your fish comes to life through flowing stitched lines and subtle embellishment. The simplicity of the composition allows you to focus on mastering technique, while still producing a beautifully refined finished piece.

How the Course Works

Technical Information

Our online courses are delivered via Zoom using a high-quality visualiser for close-up stitching. We record each session so you can catch up or revise later. You’ll also be added to a dedicated WhatsApp group, where students and tutors can connect, share photos, ask questions and cheer each other on.

Shipping Information

All of the materials for your course will be shipped to you, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

UK Shipping - Parcels will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 2 weeks to 3 days before the course start date.

International Shipping - Parcels are shipped via express courier 2 weeks before the course start date, at the latest. If you book in the 2 week window, we cannot guarantee on-time delivery.
