Click & Collect
We now offer a Click & Collect on a wide range of products so you can place your order on our website and collect with us in store.
We cannot guarantee Click & Collect is available for all products. If this is available you will see 'Pickup available at Hand & Lock Shop' on the products page. You will then be able to choose Click & Collect at checkout.
We aim to have your order ready for collection in 2 working days but please do not come to pick up your order until you have received an email confirming your items are ready to collect.

Do I need an appointment to visit?
No appointment needed, just pop by during our opening hours and ring the buzzer and someone will be available to help you.
Can I visit the studio or school?
The studio and school are both closed to the public so only the shop can be visited. If you are interested in viewing the studio we do offer tours available here.
Are you open on weekends/bank holidays?
We are closed on weekends and for all UK bank holidays
Can I take photographs in the store?
Yes we are happy for you to take photos in the shop and we love to see your pictures by tagging us @handandlocklondon
Please note pictures cannot be taken in the studio
If something is available to buy online can I come and buy it in store?
We are not able to hold stock of all of our products in store so some items may be available for online purchase only. If there is something specific you are looking for we recommend using our click and collect feature so we can make sure we have this in stock for you before you arrive.

Once you arrive ring the buzzer and one of our team will be there to let you in.

Is the shop wheelchair accessible?
There are a short set of steps with a hand rail to access the store so those in wheelchairs or individuals who struggle with stair access. Due to the age of our building we do not currently have wheelchair access but this is something we are actively looking to improve.
Is the store dog friendly
Yes, we are happy for customers to bring their gods into the store. We only ask they are kept on a lead at all times.
