How it Works
Booking a private class with Hand & Lock is an easy and exciting way to learn embroidery in a relaxed setting. You can choose from our range of pre-existing designs or work with us to create something completely bespoke. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion, organising a team-building event or just want to learn something new, we can accommodate groups of up to 12 people. Classes can be held in our London studio or online, making them accessible wherever you are.
What You Can Learn
Our private workshops can cover any embroidery technique you’re interested in. Choose from our most popular classes, including Goldwork, Silk Shading, Tambour Beading and Monogramming, or let us know what you’d like to focus on. Our standard sessions run for three hours or a full day, but if you’d like a more in-depth experience, we can create longer courses to suit you.
We Can Come to You
If you have a group who would love to learn embroidery but can't make it to our studio, we can come to you. Whether you're an embroidery guild, a community group or just a gathering of friends with a shared passion for stitch, we can bring our expertise to your chosen location. This is arranged on a case-by-case basis, so get in touch and we’ll make it happen.
