Paradise

Maria is a Ukrainian embroidery artist, graduated the Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture. Currently lives and works in Poland.

Her work “Paradise” imagines a space of serenity, beauty, and harmony. Inspired by medieval cathedral stained glass—especially the contrast between luminous color and the dark lead lines—she translated this visual language into textiles.

The result is a fully embroidered corset dress that turns embroidery into a wearable artwork. The piece explores the intersection of fashion design and embroidery, merging technical garment construction with hand-crafted imagery into a single artistic object.
