Ethereal Botanica

Ethereal Botanica is inspired by Isabella’s idea of stepping into an enchanted garden, drawing on the magical stories and fairytales that have always inspired her. Kew Gardens and Cicely Mary Barker’s Flower Fairies helped shape the romantic, botanical feel of the piece, with the inspiration of delicate fairy illustrations adding a nostalgic, storybook quality. Inspired by couture fashion, particularly Dior, Isabella wanted the dress to look as though a real-life garden had grown from the fabric. Digital embroidery, embellishment, flowers and foliage create layers of detail, bringing the beauty of a real garden together with the magic of a fairytale.
