Any bespoke embroidery project starts with a conversation - so get in touch with us now, on the phone, by email or by filling in an online enquiry form through our website. No idea is a bad idea! We are constantly inspired by our clients and their creative, innovative and ambitious ideas.
In the case of Seneca & George- we were initially contacted by the couples wedding planner Gemma Bond with a whole host of exciting ideas to discuss! We love collaborating with our clients, but also love bringing unique & unexpected ideas to the table!
The Design Process
After setting up an initial meeting with team S&G, we set to work creating a range of beautiful, hand illustrated designs, reflecting the couple, their interests, passions and life together. We then showcased a detailed presentation with ideas for embroidery application.
For S&G, the motifs we designed featured:
- Oak tree’s, acorns and palm trees- reflecting both Yorkshire and LA! 2 Totally contrasting locations which they each hail from.
- Martinis and Cabs - memories from a romantic trip to NYC.
- Motifs reflecting life closer to home in the UK such as the family dog, an English rose, chickens and even a flying pig!

There are so many versatile applications for embroidery that will make your wedding or event that extra bit special. For S&G we settled on:
- Bespoke Napkins - each embroidered with a guest’s name in the couples chosen font and a unique motif. The napkins served not only as the perfect place settings, but as wedding favours too!
- Embroidered Table Linens - we adorned 13m long runners for S&G with the playful motifs scattered throughout. Embroidering table linen with designs that are totally unique to you and your partner will brighten up any scheme and be a memorable detail for guests.
- Mr & Mrs Chair Banners- there will be no doubting the Bride and Groom’s seats with this bespoke feature. Our designs featured a buttery soft velvet with fabric appliqué, machine embroidery and Goldwork lettering.
- Evening Jackets - if you are looking to change into something fun for your evening reception- embroidered jackets with a striking design could be the answer!
- Welcome Banner - The perfect entrance to welcome guests to your wedding AND the perfect keepsake to remember your special day.
The bespoke design we created, was embroidered onto velvet with contemporary fabric appliqué with fraying edges - reflecting the natural, organic feel of the artwork. Machine embroidery is highlighted with stunning Goldwork details.

Embroidery Production
We will work alongside you throughout the process to ensure every element is perfect down to the minute details. We’ll start by creating physical samples for you to approve designs, colours and materials- before moving on to the final pieces. We’ll keep you updated on the progress of your embroideries throughout the process.
