Hand & Lock embroidery featured on the catwalks of New York Fashion Week and London Fashion Week.
Kanye West Yeezy Fall 2017 RTW collection.
The collection, it was perfectly in line with the current Nineties worn-in, weathered streetwear revival given an improbable aura of glamour. Oversized sweaters were paired with stone-washed straight-leg cool-mom jeans tucked into knee-high, slouchy suede high-heel boots. Big hoodies and varsity jackets as well as oversized bombers featured Hand & Lock embroidered tigers and big cardigans and hoodies displayed a Hand & Lock embroidered black panther on the back with the words “Calabasas Lost Hills 91302 Acoura.”
Mimi Wade for Fashion East AW17
Mimi Wade made her first appearance on the Fashion East catwalk at London Fashion Week with a collection titled ‘Dial M For Mimi’. Influenced by both Alfred Hitchcock and The Pink Panther episode “Dial P for Pink,” an embroidered “Dial M for Mimi” by Hand & Lock as well as an embroidered Pink Panther with a devilish twist were present in the collection amidst the multitude of tongue-in-cheek slogans.
Burberry RTW 17
The British brand embraced the rustic romance of the English countryside and artisan lifestyle at London Fashion Week through the inspiration of British sculptor Henry Moore. The collection featured delicate broderie anglaise dresses, blue artist studio smock tops, crisp white dress shirting, striped T-shirts, and Aran knits but most dazzling was the finale where Hand & Lock embellishments were featured on limited edition made to order couture capes.
