TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CLASS PURCHASES

METHOD OF CONFIRMATION

Once your registration for a class has been successfully processed, you will receive an email confirming your space, name of the course, course timing, and location of class within three working days

CANCELLATIONS REFUNDS AND TRANSFER POLICY

Hand & Lock do not offer refunds on any classes, however, students may transfer their registration for one class to another class up to 21 working days prior to the original course date. Once a student has transferred no further transfers can be made. Hand & Lock  reserve the right to cancel a class at any time, without incurring any additional liability to the student. In such circumstances, we will offer alternative dates, a full refund or a credit note.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Hand & Lock cannot be responsible or liable for loss or damage of property, obligations derived from travel arrangements, or disruption of program due to circumstances beyond the control of Hand & Lock.

ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

RETENTION TIME

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Hand & Lock.

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular priced items can be refunded.
