Hand & Lock at London Fashion Week

Hand Lock London Fashion Week 2016

Topshop Unique Fashion Show – Old Spitalfields

Hand & Lock were present at the Topshop Showroom space in Old Spitalfields Market to witness all the buzz of London Fashion Week and the impending Topshop Unique fashion show. A presence from fashion it girl Alexa Chung, presenter Fearne Cotton, singer Ella Eyre and designer Henry Holland made this the place to be. Eager fashionistas lined up for a chance to customise their newly purchased Topshop denim jackets with patches by NEWGEN. NEWGEN, one of the most internationally recognised talent identification schemes promoting new designer businesses, has been sponsored by Topshop since 2001. This year saw patches designed exclusively for the event and expertly applied with an Irish machine by in house Hand & Lock embroiderers. Hand Lock London Fashion Week 2016

Hand & Lock at Carnaby Street

Carnaby street has always had a special place in the fashion world throughout the decades so when London Fashion Week rolled around it wasn’t surprising when fun and quirky events started popping up. From the big screen in the middle of the street showing each runway show to the in-store events and plethora of discounts, Carnaby Street was the place to be and Hand & Lock couldnt resist being a part of the action.

The Carnaby Pamper-Van set up camp on Ganton Street in the Newburgh Quarter and hosted various complementary fashion and beauty services. For a small donation to Trek Stock, a local teenage cancer trust, fashionistas could get an exclusive Hattie Stewart tote bag monogrammed in a riot of colours by our expert embroiderers.

Two unique NEWGEN patches were designed and Hand & Lock were there to apply the patches to customer’s newly purchased Topshop clothing available at a pop up concession stand. For those unable to make it to Brewer street could get their hands on the unique patches at the Hand & Lock concession in Topshop Oxford Circus.
